PPS Toray A504X90 is a high‑performance 40% glass‑fiber‑reinforced polyphenylene sulfide engineering plastic. It is renowned for excellent high‑temperature resistance, flame retardancy and mechanical strength, together with chemical stability and dimensional stability.

Main Applications

Automotive Industry: high‑temperature‑resistant and high‑strength components such as engine‑peripheral parts, sensor housings, fasteners and exhaust‑system components.

Electrical‑Electronic Industry: high‑frequency electronic components, connectors, insulating parts, relays and others, leveraging favorable electrical performance, high‑temperature resistance and flame retardancy.

Mechanical & Chemical Industry: high‑strength, high‑temperature‑resistant and corrosion‑resistant mechanical parts and chemical‑equipment components including pump bodies, valves, bearings, gears and pistons.
